Is a cement roof on an outbuilding dangerous?
Not while it is intact and left alone. It becomes a problem when it is broken, drilled or pressure-washed. A test confirms what it is before anyone works on it.
Does my house have asbestos?
If it was built or refitted before 2000 it may do. Only lab analysis of a sample can confirm it.
Which survey do I need?
A management survey for a building in normal use; a refurbishment and demolition survey before works that disturb the structure. We confirm which when you call.
How long does it take?
Houses usually take one to three hours; business premises are quoted with a time on site. Lab results follow within 24 hours of sampling.
